SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (Thursday, July 21, 2022) – Greater Dallas Choral Society Artistic Director, Kimberley Ahrens has been awarded the Choral Director of Distinction Award through the Texas Choral Directors Association. This award is presented at the TCDA annual convention to conductors who maintain high performance and literature standards, participate in TCDA activities through performance and leadership, and promote choral music in the community. Conductors with a career marked by excellence in choral conducting are nominated by their colleagues for this high honor.
